TEAM/CLUB TRAINING
The Elevated Experience
Team Training is our guaranteed method to visually see your athletes progress both on the field and in the weight room
Our coaches will take your team through a series of baseline tests and curate a program dedicated to enhancing your teams overall performance.
Our lifts are not just about improving performance, they are to aid in fostering teamwork and cultivating a cohesiveness in your group that goes beyond the weight room or field.
Training options include both in house and Elevated to you, where we can occupy your weightroom/field to work with your team!

Congratulations Judge Memorial Boys Lacrosse on their 4A State Championship!
THE IMPORTANCE OF TRAINING IN SEASON
To Prevent Injury
Injuries happen at any time, Thankfully through a structured program we are able to prevent such things from happening.
We take extensive measures to incorporate injury prevention into our day to day training. This happens on the field through our speed and agility portion, as well as in the weight room implementing plyometrics and accessory movements to ensure your athletes stay healthy all season long.
Continued Progress
Professionals lift in season, why wouldn't you?
Our In season training is a necessity to continue your athletes progress and aid in season maintenance. We shift our focus from lifting heavy trying to find new strength to maintaining what we've built while prioritizing recovery through lifting, Yes, you can achieve greater recovery through lifting rather than just "resting"!
Mobility Through Season
Mobility and Stretching work together but are not the same thing
Thats where we come in, We want your athletes to get the best care in the state. The importance of mobility in an athletes training regime cannot be understated, MPH increase on a shot, A greater ability to get low, or even just to help your player "feel loose". Mobility is applied before, during, and after their lifts to improve movement quality, increase range of motion, and prevent injury by allowing them to get comfortable in ranges they will see in game.
